Workplace Stability

Stable and healthy work environments are a priority of MSERN starting with the well-being of employees and leaders. This means open communication, work-life balance, workplace stability, the room to achieve goals, and a positive organizational culture. Employees deserve to work at a workplace where they are happy, healthy, and enjoying their work.

Productivity

Satisfied workers are reported to have a strong work ethic, which translates to more quantity and better quality of output. When employees are less distracted and more focused on the fulfilling the mission, companies reap the benefits. At MSERN, increased employee efficiency is a main concern of ours and we want employees to get the fuel they need to better support the company.

Retention

Employee retention is extremely meaningful to MSERN. We want employees to feel like their presence and work matters. Our aim is to use strategies to minimize burnout and other factors that cause employees to throw in the towel at their place of work. We have an understanding of what drives employee retention, and our goal is to improve workforce culture.

OUR STORY

What began as a pilot program in 2018 initiated by the Assisi Foundation and HopeWorks quickly took root in the local marketplace among employers who were looking for a way to improve retention and help their employees succeed both on and off the job.  Local employers experienced frustration when they had no means or resources to assist employees with many of the stability issues that can affect one’s ability to remain present, work safely and be a productive member of the team.  The MSERN is licensed by ERN USA and joins Employer Resource Networks all over the nation in helping transform companies, one employee at a time. We bring the shared learnings and best practices from networks all over the nation to our community.

Although the foundation of the workplace can center around policies, processes, protocol, and other components that make up the organizational structure, employees are in the center of all of it. Employees with the right qualifications and character traits who can contribute to fulfill the mission of the company. Employees who understand the ‘WHY’ behind the business and want to invest their time and talent to the cause. A workplace thrives when the people thrive.

Empowered Employees

MSERN firmly believes that when employees are set up for success, they feel more empowered to flourish where they are planted. Their personal stability it essential to this growth.  Employees need tools, resources, and mentors to make better decisions for themselves and their career path. They need open communication and a sense of autonomy to make sound decisions. They need a set of CLEAR expectations and a way to lean into their strengths. They need to know that they matter in the grand scheme of things. Keywords like trust, empathy, honesty, purpose, feedback, goal setting, and guidance are integral to the makeup of a solid relationship between employers and employees. We hope to bridge that gap

Employee Well-Being

Employees spend a significant amount of time at work. Yet, life doesn’t stop when the work day ends. So, amid deadlines, job expectations, workplace drama, and other related matters, employees may be worried about finances, housing, their health, family and friends, and life in general. This can cause employees to be present in body, but distracted by a crisis situation.  So, how does one support the resilience, health, and joy of an employee to shine a light on the human behind the title? MSERN provides a confidential Success Coach to help employees map out a pathway to stability and remain on the job knowing someone is personally invested in helping them overcome.

Building a successful life and career is certainly a complex journey. At MSERN, we focus on helping employees identify their strengths, realize their goals, raise their standards, and transform their mindset.

We Explore Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivations

Success means something different to everyone, whether it pertains to a job or life in general. While one person finds it rewarding to have an increased salary, another employee may value more public forms of recognition. While one employee finds autonomy to be preferable, another could find value in hands-on training/teamwork and leading teams? (suggestion only). We are forever intrigued by what motivates and drives a person to do their best work.

We Emphasize Being Team Players

Taking the first step is oftentimes the hardest and can lead to wasting years not living in one’s full potential. It also means being stuck and being void of growth. At MSERN, we want employees to focus on bringing their best selves to the workplace. This means ensuring that as individuals, they are in alignment, both inside and outside of work. The human experience is complex. Team synergy can take a company to higher levels.
