WHY CHOOSE MID-SOUTH EMPLOYER RESOURCE NETWORK?

LET MSERN BE THE SOLUTION

We provide an on-site Success Coach to help your employees with any barrier or obstacle that may affect their personal or professional lives.  We realize that stability is a major component of individuals and teams.  Our coaches establish one-on-one relationships built on trust to confidentially assist employees.  Our goal is to help our member employers retain their employees by solving for those ‘life issues’ the employer cannot address. The support of a success coach helps the employee remain engaged and focused on the job instead of whatever crisis they are experiencing.  Therefore, our success coaches do not duplicate efforts or resources already offered by the employer such as EAPs or other employee benefits.

GET INSPIRED: SUCCESS STORIES FROM OUR CLIENTS

An employee had a house fire while she was at work. By the time she made it home and emergency services arrived, the house was completely burned and unlivable. HR called the Success Coach and let her know of the situation.

SURVIVING THE BLAZE

The Success Coach was contacted by HR regarding a homeless employee. The employee had been asked to leave by their fiancée and found themselves suddenly homeless. HR learned of them sleeping in their car in the company’s parking lot; it was the safest place they could park their car. The Success Coach was able to find them housing through one of our landlord partners since local resources were unavailable. The coach also helped this employee navigate the process of apartment application and starting utilities in their name. The employee now has a home and has remained in their job.

NOT JUST A SHELTER, BUT A HOME

A manager at one of the Member Companies was being abused by her husband and children were in the home. None of her coworkers or subordinates knew of this issue, but she trusted and confided in the Success Coach that she was considering a violent retaliation towards her spouse. The Success Coach met her at the police station and stayed with her while she reported the domestic violence situation. The Success Coach then helped her to get into the family safety center where she and her children will receive counseling and she will be able to make a budget in order to be self-sufficient on her own. She remains employed and thriving, both in her career and a safer living situation.

LOVE DOESN'T HAVE TO HURT
