A Success Coach will have dedicated hours on-site at your employer and will be available via phone and email the rest of the week.  The subjects you discuss with the coach are anonymous; this program only seeks to assist you to overcome obstacles in your personal or professional life or plan for your future success on the job.  Your coach can help with a variety of subjects so that you can remain focused and on the job.

The Role of Our Success Coaches Include:

  • Has dedicated hours on site at each employer
  • Is available the remainder of the week via phone, text, or email
  • Helps address work/life balance issues at the root cause
  • Connects employees to company, public and nonprofit resources
  • Provides financial literacy and other essential training
  • Guides employees in planning and applying for educational advancement such as GED or higher degrees
  • Manages employee issues from start to resolution
  • Is a resource to HR for attendance and performance issues
